David combines a sound business background with extensive experience as a management facilitator and coach. Having started his professional career in accountancy, he moved into training and human resources over 30 years ago. David regularly leads and works on leadership behaviour change programmes, with large international corporations in the private sector. He brings a deep understanding of the realities of leaders, across large organisations, in both the public and private sectors.

David holds an MEd in Training & Development and is a Chartered Member of CIPD. He is an Accredited Career Coach, Licenced Belbin Team Profile Practitioner, DISC Certified Trainer, Insights Discovery and HBDI Accredited Practitioner.
